Many loops, one next task each

Windows, kitchen, garden: give each its own loop. DoLoop runs them side by side and shows you one task from each, the one that has waited longest. Check it or skip it, and only that loop moves on.

See your loops in 15 seconds

No sound needed — several loops, one next task each.

Each loop hands you its next task. Check it or skip it — only that loop moves on.

What's a loop?

A queue of recurring tasks that cycles. Run as many loops side by side as you like. Three verbs, that's the whole model.

Arm

A task becomes armed when it's its turn. Armed tasks are what you see today — nothing else competes for your attention.

Check

Done. The task unarms, its counter goes up, and the loop moves on to the next one.

Abort

Not this time. It's recorded, and the loop still advances — a skipped task never blocks the ones behind it.

The loop wraps

Reach the last task and the loop starts over at the first. Tasks can sit in several loops at once; checking one checks it everywhere.

Built for things you do on repeat

Not a habit tracker. A queue that remembers where you left off.

Schedules that forgive

Miss a scheduled task and you decide what happens: keep it armed for next time, or drop it. No penalties, no broken-streak shaming.

Task loops

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Give each area of your life its own loop and line up the sequence once: every loop serves its next task, in order, forever, all side by side.

Subtasks on a cadence

Attach a subtask that surfaces every 3rd, 5th or 10th time you complete the parent — the deep clean that rides along with the quick one.

How it works

Three steps

1

Add your tasks

One-off schedules, looped sequences, or both. Give a loop its order once.

2

Arm what's due

Run an arming pass and DoLoop arms today's scheduled tasks and the next task in each active loop.

3

Check or abort

Work through what's armed. Every loop advances, and you always know what's next.
